Terms of Service

By using TravelDNA™ ("we," "our," or "the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

TravelDNA is a personal travel journaling and planning application that uses artificial intelligence to generate insights, recommendations, and itineraries based on your travel history and preferences. AI-generated content — including travel suggestions, route plans, park hours, prices, and itineraries — is for informational purposes only and may be outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate. Always verify travel information independently before making plans or reservations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

You retain ownership of all journal entries, trip notes, photos, and personal data you submit to TravelDNA. By using the Service, you grant TravelDNA a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing AI-powered features and insights. We do not sell your content to third parties. Photos you upload are stored in cloud storage and photo URLs may be publicly accessible via direct link — do not upload photos you wish to keep strictly private.

Except for user-submitted content, all content, software, branding, designs, logos, and materials associated with TravelDNA™ are owned by TravelDNA™ and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or use it for any unlawful purpose. You may not use the Service in violation of U.S. export control or sanctions laws.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods except where required by applicable law. Prices may be subject to applicable taxes. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through Account Settings in the app, or by contacting us at traveldna00@gmail.com.

TravelDNA uses artificial intelligence to generate travel insights, recommendations, and itineraries. AI-generated outputs may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate. Park hours, prices, road conditions, and other time-sensitive information may be outdated. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content. Always verify travel information independently before making plans.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. AI APIs, mapping services, and infrastructure may occasionally be unavailable. We are not responsible for any travel decisions made based on content generated by the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TravelDNA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes by email.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
